The Miami Heat, the NBA team located in Florida, is about bring The Heat. Last year, with my favorite player in tow—Duncan Robinson—they released new city jerseys, bringing the retro
‘90s feel with it.
This packaging design interprets the MTV, cartoon, bright, intense feel of the jerseys and brings it to life within a bag, box, gift card, and giftcard sleeve design.

The illustration that was created was meant to be used across the board, without making it too redundant.
For further applications, such as signage or animations, one can dissect the illustration and begin to pull assets from it to make it a more versatile asset.
